Meet the Owner

Hi! My name is Devon Von Krosigk. I have worked in the fashion industry more than 20 years. When I was younger, my original dream was to design dresses. Life eventually led me into the western fashion industry, and in 2017 I opened my clothing boutique, The Desperado Depot, which remains open today.In 2019, I went bridal dress shopping with my best friend Taylor and something inside me immediately came back to life. I left feeling incredibly inspired and within a month, I had created the name Drifter Dreams Bridal and discovered Shikoba Bride - a beautifully unique western-inspired bridal designer based in the United Kingdom. At the time, I was the only store in the United States to carry the brand. A couple years later I added Boda bridal to my store, which my brides absolutely loved.Outside of my businesses, I am a Mom to a beautiful daughter and dog Mom of 4! I genuinely love my brides and consider it an honor to play a small role in an important chapter of their lives.

Are appointments required?
Yes, we are by appointment only. We offer private 90-minute appointmentsHow long does it take to receive a wedding gown?
Designer gowns from Boda Bridal and Shikoba Bride are made to order and generally require 4-6 months for production and delivery. Our off-the-rack gowns can be purchased & taken home same day.
Gown pricing ranges from $650-$3,800What sizes do we carry?
Our designer sample gowns range from bridal sizes 12-14. Please remember that bridal sizing often runs one to two sizes small (especially Shikoba Bride). Our off-the-rack sizes fluctuate depending on our current inventory. Designer gowns are specifically ordered to the brides' size, including plus size, so the samples do not limit the gowns available to you.Do you offer alterations?
Our Cheyenne, Wyoming location has an in-house seamstress available to assist with bridal alterations. While our Wickenburg, Arizona location has trusted local recommendations to provide.
