SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all bridal gowns and separates. Delivery time from the day we order your gown, to the day it arrives in our store, is approximately 4-6 months. A 10-week rush delivery request is available for an additional $500 for each gown.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
PAYMENT POLICY
We require a 50% deposit before we will order your gown from our designers. The final 50% is due within 10 days of your gown arriving at our store. We accept both credit card and check.
